Commission-Based Sales Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented and experienced Sales Manager to develop, manage, and close high-value opportunities for our portfolio of digital marketing and technology-driven services, including SEO, PPC, web development, branding, and AI automation. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strategic sales mindset, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop sales opportunities through both outbound and inbound channels.
  • Present, pitch, and close deals for high-value digital services.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor, track, and report on sales performance and pipeline status.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within a digital marketing agency or related sector.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and target-focused.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, LinkedIn prospecting, or email outreach.
